Returning Policy

  • All products would printed with your logo, art or domanins. So we are not responsible for the return or replacement if it is not a quality problem, damage problem, quantity, model or incorrect logo printing problem. 

  • All orders can be cancelled before the production started. If the production has started, cancellations or changing order would be unacceptable.  All cancellations must be confirmed by email. In case the cancellation after productions started, entire cost will be up to you after minus the shipping cost. 
  • We do hope you’re always pleasure with the items you ordered from us. But if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or need to make a return or exchange, we will do everything we can do to help you until you’re satisfied! Please contact us when any question. 
  • Step 1: 
    Contact us by calling us or sending a mail. We will answer you as soon as possible after receiving your request(s). We may able to help you to solve the issues you have under this step. 
  • Step 2: 
    After confirm the reason and confirm the item(s) intacted. Please pack it and send it to our returning address. You can pack it with other boxes, make sure the items to be safe would be very appreciate. Choose the most convenient courier for you to send the parcel is acceptable. 
  • Step 3: 
    We will arrange refund or replacement for you after receiving the returned parcel. Refund will be arranged in 24 hours (Working time). Replacement will be arranged after reproducing.
